    The staff from start to finish were helpful. The hotel's location was unbeatable, not far from a la carte restaurants. Also, we could visit Sunnet Lake, it was 15 minutes' drive away.

    The family room was spacious with a nice balcony offering views of the sea. Kids loved the indoor heated pool and water park, keeping them entertained all day.     The food scene here is on point! The hotel boasts a diverse culinary lineup, from tasty buffet spreads to a chill poolside snack bar. Plus, the kids had a blast at the kids club, which gave us some much-needed parent time. Big shoutout to the amazing staff.

    One snag was the air conditioning-it only blasted heat. Didn't quite make sense to be told to crack the balcony door for cool air when I just wanted to kick back inside. It's a basic hotel vibe to adjust the temp to your liking, right?

    The air conditioning only provided heating!!! The limited vegetarian options outside the main restaurant were quite disappointing!!! The confusion about towel availability during rainy days was rather bothersome!!!
